On a breath day you can let go of your thoughts and arrive in your body, relax wonderfully, gain energy and discover new sides of yourself. Afterwards you will be relaxed and energetic again. The effects continue long and pleasantly the days after. As with other meditations, the effect of intensive breathing is enhanced by doing it in a group.The day has a careful build-up of exercise, meditations and breath meditations.

Course: Lomi-lomi for masseurs
Lomi-lomi is a beautiful, intense, transforming and festive massage. It can be given by one masseur (two hands) or two masseurs (four hands).Lomi-lomi is a particularly nice extension for your practice and your clients. In addition to masseurs, the course is also suitable for other body therapists.
Aim
The aim of the course is to teach you to give your two-handed and four-handed lomi-lomi, and to expand your own practice with this. The course duration can be kept short by focusing on masseurs. We build on existing knowledge, experience and intuition. The assumption is that you are well able to touch someone with total respect, care and stand by close.Description
The course consists of four course days: two consecutive course days and two follow-up days. In the first two days, the underlying theory is explained, and an introduction to lomi-lomi in both giving and experiencing. The atmosphere and the energetic aspects are central. This is of greater importance for lomi-lomi than with most other massages. In the two follow-up days you will become more familiar with the flowing techniques, energetic dynamics and festivity. In addition to acquiring techniques, you will also experience the intensity, depth, sensitivity and transformation yourself. Practical tips are given for your practice. Between the course days you can practice and expain relief yourself. You receive handouts with course material and a certificate.Practical information

Course: Breath synchronous massage for masseurs
With breath synchronous massage, breathing is used to enhance the relaxing effect of the relaxation massage. By having the massage movements accurately match the movement of the client's breathing, the effectiveness of the massage is doubled. This is complemented by a number of new strokes, kneads and pulses that make optimum use of this approach. The more intense effect and the relaxing interaction of the client and the masseur make the massage very popular with the experienced client.Aim
The aim of the course is to learn to give and experience the breath synchronous massage. You expand your massage techniques with a more intense variant that requires no extra physical effort from you. It can be given firm as well as softer. By focusing on masseurs, the course duration can be limited. The assumption is that you are well able to give a relaxation massage.Description
The course consists of two course days in a weekend. First the specific breathing of the client is explained. Then how the masseur synchronizes the massage movements with the breath. It takes practice to pay attention to breathing while making the massage movements. A range of new strokes and pulses that are particularly effective with this method will be introduced and practiced. These movements are quite different on the back side or belly side.You receive handouts with course material and a certificate.

Lecture: Breathing, source of vitality.
An introduction to the backgrounds and possibilities of our breathing. About the relationship between our emotions, feeling and thinking, and how this influences our breathing. Subsequently, the many existing breath techniques are discussed and characterized and what they can deliver: relaxation vitality, better night's rest and self-insight. It is then indicated for whom which options may be suitable.

Lecture: Meditation, something for me?
Get acquainted with the backgrounds and possibilities of meditation.
Meditation is a way to reflect on yourself, what you feel,
what is really going on inside you.
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life this can be quite a relief.
The following questions are addressed:
What is meditatie?
What kinds are there?
Why are there so many different kinds?
Which is suitable for whom?
What are the pitfalls?
What is the difference between active meditation and sport?
What are the benefits?
Duration: 50 minutes.
Workshop: Touch without worry.
Workshop for people who know that touch can do well, but still have trouble touching other people, or getting touched.
Content: The positive sides and risks of touch are discussed. Then we practice how we can avoid risks and thus allow room for the pleasant aspects. Attention and feeling play an important role in this. It is indicated for whom touch can have a beneficial effect.
Result: Better understanding where the trouble with touch came from, and now know how touch can be done without worry.
